The following parts should be checked frequently during operation:

(1) Overheating of rolling bearings in electric motors and impeller bodies. Generally, the bearing temperature must not exceed 35 ° C, and the maximum temperature must not exceed 65 ° C.

(2) Check the tension of the drive belt, and the degree of tightness should be appropriate. When serious wear is found, the belts of the same length and type should be selected in time to be replaced in groups.

(3) Check the tightness of the oil seal rubber ring. In particular, it should be noted that the lubricating oil in the bearing body should not leak into the slurry, so as not to affect the normal operation of the flotation process.

(4) Check if there is enough grease at each lubrication point. If it is found that there is less oil, it should be added in time.

(5) Check for any other debris in the flotation tank and clean it in time.
