(3) The tap water pipe is opened to a certain extent and the constant pressure is injected from the magnetic separator inlet, so that the water surface in the magnetic separator is kept at about 30 cm above the magnetic pole position (the observation port at the water injection is directly observed), and the magnetic separator is opened. The water pipe valve at the lower opening has a certain amount to maintain the balance between the water intake and the water output in the magnetic separator.

(4) Turn on the power switch, then start the AC excitation power supply, and adjust the current to a certain value (adjust to the current value corresponding to the corresponding field strength).

(5) Feeding the mine. The sample is slowly flowed into the center tank and carefully handled with a brush. The magnetic mineral is attracted to the sorting tank and becomes a magnetic product. Non-magnetic minerals, which are not affected by magnetic force, flow out from the lower opening of the magnetic separator and become tailings.

(6) After the sorting is completed, the irritating current is cut off, and the magnetic material is flushed out of the magnetic separator until the water is clear, and then clarified, absorbed, dried, and weighed to obtain the quality of the magnetic product, and the sample is analyzed and analyzed. .
