An abnormality was found; 3 the rotor weight was inspected and no abnormality was found; 4 the shaft seal steam inlet inlet filter and the shaft seal heater hydrophobic filter were inspected, and no abnormality was found.
5 Check the underlying platen under the bearing seat and the cylinder support at that place, no abnormalities were found; 6 Check the oil return filter of the lubricating oil tank, no abnormalities were found; 7 The installation status of the vibrating meter in the bearing seat and the confirmation of the signal of the field control panel were not found. Abnormal; 8 entered the internal inspection of the condenser hot well, no abnormalities were found; 9 bushes were inspected for uncovering, no abnormalities were found; 10 low-pressure cylinder 1 was opened for inspection, and the outer cylinder and inner cylinder of the low-pressure cylinder 1 were uncovered. Found an exception.
(2) Analysis of the technical data collected during the vibration surge of the unit on June 13: 1#2 bearing metal temperature is around 90 °C (the alarm value is 600MW turbine bearing vibration analysis and bearing load adjustment method) Ming, although no abnormality, but the metal temperature value is high; 2#3 bearing metal temperature is about 60 °C, the metal temperature value is low; 3#3 bearing metal temperature is close to the lubricating oil return temperature.
