5. The sea water inlet should be in the low part of the hull, and a coarse filter should be installed to prevent debris from entering and causing damage to the seawater pump impeller. Check valves should be installed in the inlet pipe to avoid seawater intrusion during maintenance.
6. After the unit is installed, note the oil, turn on the waterway and the oil circuit, and run at a test speed of about 50% according to the diesel vanadium calibration. If the oil pressure is normal, it can continue to run for 15 minutes, and switch to 1-2 times at each station. Water Bath Vaporizer
