1, calibration. Calibration is the basic step, because only the measurement starting point of the instrument is 0, the measured result is accurate, otherwise there will be some deviation. Every time you turn on your machine, you need to calibrate. Please follow the following procedures: (1) Turn on the power; (2) Hold down the sample and press the probe until you hear a “click†sound. The display shows that N=0DDD indicates the calibration is completed; (3 ) If the beep continues, it means that the calibration was not completed correctly and repeat (2) for calibration.
2. Measurement: (1) Do not measure excessively thick samples, such as veins. If there are more samples of veins, please measure and average them several times; when measuring, make sure that the sample completely covers the receiving window; (2) Close the measuring head Press the acupressure platform until you hear “click†and the measurement results will be displayed on the screen and stored automatically; (3) If you hear continuous beeps, the measurement head is not closed tightly, or the sample is too thick or too thin Repeat steps 2 and 3 until the end of the measurement. (4) If the displayed decimal point is flashing (or no decimal point), the measurement result is out of the measurement range. The accuracy of the result cannot be guaranteed.
3, data storage.
(1) SPAD502 is automatically stored after the measurement. The chlorophyll meter can store 30 data at the same time. When the data reaches 30, the instrument will automatically delete the first data.
The test results showed that the chlorophyll meter parameters H1 and L can represent changes in the color of postharvest vegetables. The parameters G and H2 measured by the handheld chlorophyll meter were higher than the chlorophyll meter's hue angle H1 and the chlorophyll content of the cabbage. Therefore, the change of the color of the postharvest vegetables was better with the handheld chlorophyll meter than the chlorophyll meter.
