Mercedes-Benz, a German automaker, has launched a concept car that is alleged to be green, relying on the energy generated by a huge solar panel. The car uses some silver paint called multi-current, and the German manufacturer's hope G code is a hybrid engine driven by capturing the energy of sunlight. The slice of the car body can generate electrostatic charges through the wind, and it can even use this static charge to generate energy. The sports utility vehicle concept car was released this week at the company’s new research facility in Beijing.
The front wheel of the car is driven by a hydrogen combustion engine and the rear wheels are powered by an electric motor. Mercedes-Benz envisions that the car can operate the electric motor and the engine individually or together according to road conditions. Mercedes-Benz has not yet announced details such as speed and power consumption of the model. The car also uses a light display in front of the car. The indicator light emits blue light when the vehicle is stopped and emits a purple and red sport mode light when driven normally. It is noticeable that the continuous glass panel has been extended from the driver's side window to the passenger side. There are also anti-fouling fabrics inside, and if the car feels that passengers are tired, it will automatically switch modes.
