The process is a superfine pulverizing-fine grading closed circuit system composed of a classifier and an ultrafine pulverizer. This process is often used in continuous pulverizing operations such as ball mills , agitating mills, high-speed mechanical impact mills, and vibration mills.

The advantage is that the qualified ultra-fine powder product can be separated in time, thereby reducing the agglomeration of the fine particles and improving the efficiency of the ultra-fine pulverization operation.

Open circuit with pre-grading

The process is that the material is classified before entering the ultra-fine pulverizer, and the fine-grained material is directly used as the ultra-fine powder product. The coarse-grained material is then pulverized into an ultrafine pulverizer.

When the feed contains more qualified fine-grained ultrafine powder, the process can reduce the load of the crusher, reduce the energy consumption of the unit ultrafine powder product, and improve the work efficiency.
